March Madness And Beyond

Well, it is over for another year. My brackets were horrible and I did not win the contest, yet again... I got scared of Ty Lawson's toe and fell in to the hype that was the Big East. I also didn't realize how good Michigan State was. One of these years I just might get it right. Congratulations to the Tarheels!

I will be over the moon if Blake Griffin decides to come back, but we will have to wait for this afternoon to hear his decision. As a fan I want him to stay, but if I were in his situation, HELLLLOOO NBA.

On to baseball now. I am a Yankee fan, and what do their two big signings do on opening day? Sabathia gets lit up and Teixeira goes 0-4 and strands 5! Welcome to pinstripes boys. With optimism, I will add that there are still 161 games left, so no need to panic yet.

My Book List

I decided last year that I needed to compile a list of books that I needed to read before I died. I have a few authors that I have really enjoyed, so all of their works went on the list. Those authors are:
  • Harlen Coben
  • Garrison Keillor
  • Stephen King
  • Dean Koontz
  • Ian Rankin

The rest of the books on the list are books that won Pulitzer prizes or were on other peoples top 100 lists.

The Challenge! Can It Be Done?

I'm not sure, but I am going to do my best.
